1. Token Purchases
Token purchases are final and non-refundable. In the event of a verified machine malfunction that prevents token use, management may at its sole discretion issue replacement tokens or in-store credit.
2. Premium Game Play ($1 Per Play)
Payments for premium game play (Big Buck Hunter, Golden Tee, and other flatscreen games) are non-refundable once initiated.
3. Private Event Deposits
Private event deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Oasis Arcade Wausau. In the event of a cancellation by Oasis Arcade, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 10 business days.
4. Event Cancellation by Guest
Cancellation of a confirmed private event by the guest may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the written event agreement at the time of booking.
5. Exceptions
Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at management's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. To request a refund consideration, contact devonpowersmusic@gmail.com with a description of the issue.
6. Consumer Protection
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under applicable Wisconsin consumer protection law. If you believe you have been treated unfairly, you may contact the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) at datcp.wi.gov.
