1. Private Event Bookings
All private event bookings at Oasis Arcade Wausau are subject to a written event agreement. Bookings are not confirmed until a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is received.
2. Guest Responsibility
The event organizer ("Host") is responsible for the conduct of all guests attending their private event. The Host agrees to ensure all guests comply with venue rules, applicable laws, and these Terms. Damage to equipment or property caused by event guests will be the financial responsibility of the Host.
3. Alcohol Service at Private Events
Alcohol service during private events is subject to Wisconsin law (Wis. Stat. § 125). Oasis Arcade Wausau reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at any time. The Host is responsible for ensuring guests who consume alcohol are of legal drinking age (21+).
4. Limitation of Liability
Oasis Arcade Wausau and Powers Creative Enterprises (LLC in Formation) are not liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage sustained by guests during private events, except where caused by gross negligence of venue staff
- Lost or stolen personal property
- Technical malfunctions or equipment interruptions during the event
- Acts of third parties or other guests
5. Indemnification
The Host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Oasis Arcade Wausau and Powers Creative Enterprises (LLC in Formation) from any claims, costs, or damages arising from the conduct of their guests during a private event.
6. Insurance
Oasis Arcade Wausau maintains general liability insurance. Hosts of large events may be asked to provide proof of event liability insurance as a condition of booking.
